Prior to co-founding Signals, Gil served as a military intelligence and reconnaissance consultant for several defense-related governmental entities throughout the world, utilizing his vast experience honed as a commanding officer in an elite special forces unit of the Israel Defense Forces. He is a frequent guest lecturer and editorial contributor on the application of open source and signals intelligence to drive innovation, delight customers and reduce the risk of commercial decision making. Gil holds an LLB and MA in Government, Diplomacy and Strategy from the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) in Herzliya, Israel.
Prior to co-founding Signals, Kobi was a Senior Analyst and Information Officer for an elite intelligence unit in the Israel Defense Forces, where he began to contemplate and refine the incorporation of open source intelligence into the growth plans of consumer brands and innovation agendas of life sciences companies. Kobi holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy as well as a BA in International Relations from Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
Prior to joining Signals, Ron served as the CFO of Perfecto Mobile a leading SAAS cloud testing platform where he was instrumental in growing Perfecto from a small start up to a global company. He has over 18 years of financial and management experience of growing and scaling businesses as well as M&A transactions. Prior to Perfecto Mobile he was the CEO & co-founder of Seculert - a SAAS cloud base cyber security company (acquired by Radware) and the CFO of Finjan Software Inc. - a software security company (acquired by M86 Security) where he played a leading role in Finjan’s acquisition. He also worked several years at E&Y. He is a CPA and holds a B.A. in Business and Accounting from the college of management.
Prior to joining Signals, Guy served as VP Product of Verint, a leading cyber intelligence company. Guy helped facilitate Verint’s growth journey from a small company to a public company of over $1B yearly revenue and over 5000 employees. He has over 22 years of experience in technology, delivery & execution, marketing and product management. Prior to Verint, he worked in several technological positions in Intel, IBM and ECI. Guy holds a B.A. in Business Management from The College of Management and Executive MBA from Bar-Ilan University.
Frances is a seasoned marketing strategist and business development professional with over 25 years experience scaling up enterprise SaaS technology companies. Prior to Signals Analytics, Frances led marketing and strategy for BioCatch, the industry-leader in behavioral biometrics, and prior to that, she ran her own independent consulting firm focused on helping early stage and midsize companies with their business and marketing goals. Among her clients were MyCheck (acquired by Shiji Group), a leading mobile payment technology platform, Morpho (now Idemia), a global biometrics and identification company, Center for Global Development, Interamerican Development Bank and others. Prior to this, Frances was Corporate Vice President of Marketing & Strategic Operations, for L-1 Identity Solutions, a premier biometrics and identity solutions company and held other marketing leadership positions with startups in the financial services and hospitality industries. Frances has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Hofstra University and a Master’s Degree in International Affairs from New York University. She also serves as a mentor to Israeli startups looking to scale into the US market.
Liat brings 15 years of HR leadership to Signals Analytics. Most recently, she was the VP of HR at Verint, a global leader in actionable intelligence solutions. Liat has extensive experience in leading strategic organizational development, consultant, support, and global implementation of HR practices. She holds an MA in Art Therapy and a BA in Sociology and Education from Haifa University.
Prior to joining Signals, Yoram served as the CTO and VP R&D of DoctorGlobe which provides a technology platform that helps making smart health-care related decisions. Prior to DoctorGlobe, Yoram served as a technology leader and general manager for Webcollage (SaaS platform acquired by Answers.com) and for the on-line travel agency Orbitz Worldwide. Yoram has 25 years experience in technology, about half of those in various development roles for highly innovative technology companies including Sun Microsystems and Silicon Graphics. As a technology leader Yoram grew the Orbitz development center in Israel, integrated it into the global organization, implemented Agile development methodologies, and helped making it a significant contributor to the Orbitz technology organization and its innovation. Yoram holds BSCS from the Technion with honor, MSCS from USC and MBA from the Kellogg program at Northwestern join with Tel Aviv University.
Prior to joining Signals Analytics, Aviva served as Senior Director IT of Teva Pharmaceuticals, a leading global Pharma company. Prior to Teva, Aviva served as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Signal corps, leading operational transformations & improvement processes across IDF and then joined a consulting firm that specialized in BI, Big Data & IT Governance. Aviva brings over 25 years of experience in various roles that involve Technology, Business, Operations & Analytics. Aviva holds a BSC (Cum-Laude) in Industrial Engineering from the Israel Institute of Technology (Technion) and an MSC (Cum-Laude) in Industrial Engineering from Beer-Sheva University.
Prior to joining Signals Analytics, Eyal served as the Financial Controller at Zerto, one of the fastest growing startups in Israel. Eyal helped facilitate Zerto’s growth journey from 80 employees to a global 500-employee company by focus on processes and automation of various financial aspects. Prior to Zerto, Eyal worked at PwC and at NDS (acquired by Cisco), were he served as competitive intelligence and marketing intelligence analyst. Eyal is a CPA (Israel), and holds a BA in Economics and Accounting from the Hebrew University (Cum Laude) and an MBA in Finance from the Bar-Ilan University (Cum Laude).
Evan joins Signals Analytics from Clarivate Analytics. During his years at Clarivate, Evan was responsible for managing the North American region for the Life Sciences business. Evan played a key role in overseeing the sale of Clarivate Analytics from Thomson Reuters to Onex Capital. Prior to Thomson Reuters, Evan was a member of the Life Sciences consulting division for Deloitte M&A. During his time at Deloitte, Evan managed the North American client engagement team and helped to oversee the sale of Deloitte Recap to Thomson Reuters. Evan now runs the global sales team and manages all FMCG engagements for Signals Analytics.
Shmil is a partner at Sequoia Capital Israel and has decades of experience with growing leading internet, mobile and technology companies as an executive and investor. He currently serves on the boards of Kenshoo, Pontis, Behalf, Rounds, Scodix, Personetics, Ravello, Forter, Alooma, BigPanda and Olive. Prior to joining Sequoia Capital in 2000, he was the President of Lucent Technologies Internetworking Systems Division. Shmil also served as President & CEO of Lannet prior to its acquisition, and VP of R&D at Madge Networks. Shmil has held senior technical positions at IAI, Boeing and Astronautics in the area of Avionic Systems. He has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Ben Gurion University.

Guy is a founder and Managing Partner of TPY Capital, a private investment firm that partners with Israeli growth companies. Prior to TPY Capital, Guy worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company's New York City Office, advising financial institutions and global private equity firms. Guy holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Economics as well as an LL.B. (magna cum laude) from Tel Aviv University in Israel.
Boaz co-founded Qumra Capital, Israel’s pioneer Late Stage Venture Capital fund with $330 AuM in 2014. Prior to Qumra, Boaz served as Managing Partner of Evergreen Venture Partners since 2004, and a General Partner since 1996, where he also led its activities together with Erez Shachar, Qumra’s co-founder. At Qumra, Boaz is a Board member in the following companies: JFrog, AppsFlyer, MinuteMedia, Guardicore, IntSights & Signals Analytics Previously he served on the board of some of Evergreen’s most significant exits including Exalink (Acquired by Comverse), P-cube (Acquired by Cisco), Dune Networks (Acquired by Broadcom), Aeroscout (Acquired by Stanley Black & Decker), Metalink (IPO), BigBand (IPO), AVT (IPO) and Envara (Acquired by Intel).
Boaz combines deep-dive analysis and strategic business thinking and prior to Evergreen was Director of Business Development and Marketing of M-Systems (NASDAQ: FLSH) where he built and scaled the sales and marketing infrastructure in Europe and Asia. Before M-Systems, he was a senior consultant at POC, one of Israel’s leading management consulting firms, working with many of Israel’s leading technology companies.
Boaz earned a B.Sc from the Technion in Electrical Engineering, and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
Isaac is a Managing General Partner at Pitango, Israel’s leading venture capital fund. Prior to joining Pitango, Isaac served as an Executive Vice President at NEC Computers International (previously Packard Bell NEC), in charge of the Computer Divisions in Europe, Middle East, and also held various marketing positions with consumer electronics maker Casio PhoneMate in the U.S. He earned a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA. Isaac also currently serves on the Board of Directors of Celeno Communications, LiveU, Applicaster and Appsflyer.
Tamar Raz has served as the CEO at O.R.T. Technologies Ltd. since January 1, 2018. Until this date, she served as ORT's Vice President for Business Development since 2016. Prior to that, Ms. Raz served at Orpak for seven years in several roles, including customer project management and COO at Orpak USA. Ms. Raz earned a Master of Business Administration degree (MBA.) and a Bachelor of Science degree from the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Herzliya. She also earned a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Ben-Gurion University.
